A chef by training, a writer by passion. I opened my first restaurant by 22 and spent nearly a decade in kitchens across the country before returning to Poughkeepsie to help local restaurants thrive through better words and better workflows.

When I’m not writing or working with clients, you’ll find me as the Sous Chef at Chleo restaurant in Kingston, NY. Or possibly somewhere in the Catskill mountains fly fishing.
